🎉 We are so pleased to announce Thie Clag has been shortlisted for not one, but two, RICS UK 2025 awards! We have been shortlisted for ‘Refurbishment/Revitalisation Award’ and the ‘Residential Development Award’. 🎉
Selected by an expert judging panel, the RICS awards has shortlisted the very best from across the whole of the UK and we are so proud to be recognised here on the Isle of Man for representing the North West region. It is a true testament to the achievement of breathing life back into this iconic building and our dedication to regenerating brownfield sites on the Island.
This is another momentous achievement for us, with Thie Clag welcoming tenants in May, and with nearly all apartments rented, it is a true reflection of everyone’s hard work paying off. We would like to extend our thanks to our main contractor, NK Construction, and our Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, Bell Burton Associates, in our achievement for to be shortlisted for these two awards.👏🏼
